The client operates a Yoga Studio co-integrated with beauty services and has been in business since 2008. The business did not engage in many marketing activities and relied solely on word of mouth to sustain and grow its business from its exemplary services. However, due to recent years, the client understands that there is a need to build a strong digital marketing MOAT to strengthen their brand name and generate new clients.

The client has expressed a desire to potentially open more outlets – She gained the confidence to take the leap and started her second fitness branch after working with us for 8 months of working with us.

Generating an extra 10-20k revenue every month just on the top end of the funnel gave the client the confidence to open a second fitness outlet moving the yoga students over. The company started 2 new TCM Clinic outlets to provide TCM services and sought to drive more appointments via pre-paid trials. 

TCM is a rather competitive market in Singapore. The company wanted to help generate more awareness and bring in more customers for their new service. 

They tried almost all forms of marketing, ranging from organic TikTok content to paid advertisement, but did not manage to have any success in generating clinical appointments. They even reduced the Trial Pricing mechanism to $8 for first-timers but that failed to work out too. There were some leads that came in due to the low price, however, it was noted that these leads did not fully comprehend what they had signed up for and hence, were unable to take any upsell.

Outcome

Upon successful implementation of our Automated appointment setting system, our client yielded a 100% show-up rate for the prepaid appointments and significantly reduced over 200+ man-hours, previously spent on manual appointment setting and reminders. The appointment setting rate of our Automated Calendar System was similar, if not better than that of the unpaid enquiry form method.
