TCM is a rather competitive market in Singapore. The company wanted to help generate more awareness and bring in more customers for their new service.
They tried almost all forms of marketing, ranging from organic TikTok content to paid advertisement, but did not manage to have any success in generating clinical appointments. They even reduced the Trial Pricing mechanism to $8 for first-timers but that failed to work out too. There were some leads that came in due to the low price, however, it was noted that these leads did not fully comprehend what they had signed up for and hence, were unable to take any upsell.
