Podiatry is a lesser-known service in Singapore serving a rather niche market. The company wanted to help generate more awareness and bring in more customers for their new service.
They tried almost all forms of marketing from organic Tiktok content to paid advertisement but did not manage to have any success in generating appointments to the clinic. They even reduced the Trial Pricing mechanism to $8 for first-timers but that failed to work out too.
